As a SA citizen working outside SA on contract what tax do I pay if money paid into SA Bank Account?



If I am a SA citizen and work outside the country on a 2 year contract but the money is paid into a SA bank account what do I pay in tax.

Your earnings will be tax free, if you are out of the country for longer than 183 days and 60 of those days are continuous, due to an employment contract regardless of where the money is paid. Therefore you will be tax free. See here: Can I claim a portion of my foreign income as exempt?
