TaxTim says: 12 July 2016 at 8:20 SARS system wont clear the refund as your tax affairs are not in order. You will need to contact the SARS call centre and hear if they have an IRP5 on their system for you for the 2012 tax year. If they do, you will have to make a trip into a SARS office and take along an affidavit stating the reason you had no way of obtaining the information via other means. Once you have submitted your 2012 tax return, you should be able to receive your refund. |
