Why would you fall under another tax bracket if you get a basic salary from employer A & commission from employer B which get paid on different dates, however you pay tax on both according to what you earn from each employer A & B ,who should be liable if you income gets combined by SARS & you owe them but you as the tax payer were not aware of this, you only find out once you submit your returns.

Unfortunately it is your responsibility to enquire how your income will be taxed and what the tax amount should be. SARS will not accept, "not knowing" as a dispute. We are here to assist in any way we can - but unfortunately you will be liable as the more you earn the more you pay. Each company taxes by only knowing what they know and unless you ask them to increase the taxes paying you will be in the same position next year.
