What to include in the price when calculating wear and tear on a company vehicle? Service plan, window break-in protection, VAT, Finance initiation charge, interest?

Is the window break-in protection paid up front and included in the price of the car?

With the exception of interest, all the other costs you have mentioned would be included in the price.

Yes, the window break-in protection is part of the up front cost of the vehicle and also financed.

Can the VAT be included even thought the (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT?

VAT is not claimable on passenger vehicles even if you were registered.
So either way, it forms part of the purchase price of the car and should be included in the cost for purposes of calculating Wear and Tear.
