What happens after receiving your ITSA?

I received my Statement of Account/ITSA 5 days ago, and it's a negative amount. I presume that means I am due for a refund. What's the process after that? Do I wait to receive something else or the refund will be paid?

You should be paid an amount as the refund, were you asked to submit supporting documents when you filed your tax return?

yes, was asked and submitted a few weeks back when I submitted the ITA34 and thanks.

SARS have 21 working days to finalise their audit so there is still some time to wait unfortunately.
