Retirement Benefits

I have a retirement annuity with my company through NMG. They pay half, I pay half. But now I don't see anything under Code 4006 on my IRP5? I have my details on my Retirement Benefits, should this be on the Tax Return? If so, how do I get it on the IRP5/ Return's Page on SARS eFiling?

You would check the box on the eFiling wizard which asks if you contributed to a retirement annuity fund/income protection.
