I am employed but the employer pay me for the hours worked and does not deduct any taxes or UIF I am responsible for my own taxes. Must I register a business or how can I go about paying over the taxes so I do not need to pay in at the end of the year in my personal capacity.

You would need to register as a Provisional Taxpayer and submit a further two tax returns during the year.

Thanks, now how will I declare the income I received on my personal income tax return as I will not receive an IRP5 or IT3a for the income? Should I not register for PAye and pay the tax on that income over monthly?

You cannot register personally for PAYE, this is done by your employer. You will complete the business income section of the return. Register for TaxTim and let us assist you in completing and submitting your return to SARS.
