Manual tax submission by SARS consultant

What does it mean when a SARS consultant says that my returns are being done manually? They can not process my returns. Please help I am getting annoyed with the gov people.

It means that someone at SARS is actually taking the documents and manually completing a return which will take slightly longer. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do now that SARS has the return.
