Maintenance claims on pension fund

Will monthly maintenance claims by ex-spouse as per a successfully lodged divorce order against my pension fund be taxable in the hands of my ex-spouse, or deemed as income for myself? Will it be treated as exempt from normal tax?

The lump sum will be taxable in your ex-spouses hands only and the monthly spousal support is not taxable in your ex-spouses hands, but they need to declare it on their tax returns under the non taxable income section.
