No, the company tax return and your personal return are entirely different.

Thanks for the reply. Does that mean I dont need to select "Business & Rental Income" in the setup but must select "Assets & Liabilities"?

That is correct, you only need to submit your personal tax transactions and if you received a salary from the company.
