Source Code 3810 is the portion of your medical aid that your employer pays for as part of your salary package for which you are taxed on.

Source Code 4005 is the actual amount in cash spent each month on your medical aid which comes out of your salary when paid to you.

Source code 4474 is the same as 3810, but from the employer's side.
