Executive Director only received remuneration and bonus - how do his salary been tax?

Does SARS seen the Director as a Provisional Tax Prac?How much paye will the Director pay on his SalaryAccording to Pastel Payroll they took his Estimated Annual Value into consideration when they worked out the Paye - is this correct?

This is correct if the director is not receiving a basic salary or the same amount each month. Do you know if a Tax Directive has been applied for? SARS does not consider directors as provisional taxpayers if either a directive has been issued or PAYE is paid on the constant amount each month.
