Claims for medical expenses for my son, hes not a beneficiary though?

I have been paying for my son's therapy fees every month, he is not on my medical aid, can I claim tax on them?

How old is your son and why do you pay for him?

He is 7 years in grade R, he's on his dad's medical aid, and I needed to save the savings on his medical aid, that's why I'm paying.

Yes you can claim these costs under the medical expenses not covered by medical aid section of the return.
