I didn't keep my pharmacy receipts, may I still claim for these amounts? They do reflect on the my medical aid statement.

If they reflect on the medical aid certificate as amounts you tried to claim, but the medical aid didn't allow, then you can claim. Normal pharmacy receipts for non-prescribed medicine isn't allowed to be claimed.
