I cannot get my IRP5 from my previous employer. Can you advise what can be done?

Your IRP5 should have been loaded onto eFiling already if your employer has submitted it correctly. Register for TaxTim and let us assist in completing and submitting your return. You can import your IRP5 using our system.

Thanks for your response.
How do I import my IRP5?
I am already registered with TaxTim, and have paid.

In order to import your IRP5, you need to start a new tax return, select the IRP5 section and then follow the prompts. If you haven't authorised the connection between SARS and TaxTim for your eFiling profile, then you will be guided through that process too.

Unfortunately if your employer hasn't uploaded your IRP5 (if it's not even visible on eFiling) then you won't be able to import it into TaxTim. Your employer has a legal responsibility to give you the document however, so you can feel confident asking them to give it to you.
