Can I submit outstanding tax returns from 2012 and will I get heavily penalized?

It's my first time submitting my tax returns this year, I have not submitted before, but have been paying income tax since 2012, can I submit for all my outstanding years and will I get penalized heavily? And how do I go about getting it all done?

Yes you can submit for all the outstanding years. If you do not have an eFiling profile then click the link to register for SARS eFiling thereafter Register for TaxTim and let us help you complete and submit all your outstanding returns to SARS.
