Can I deduct student fees and text books of 4016

Hi Tim,
I'm working full time as social worker and studying part time to become a psychologist. The latter earns much more than current job. My question: can I deduct my study fees and text books of 4016 Other of where else can I deduct it?

Unfortunately not, these are seen as part of the costs incurred to get yourself into a position to earn income and therefore are seen as more capital than expenses.
