Will being audited result in my company pension not being payed out

My 2011 and 2012 tax returns were outstanding. I filed them today. I am now being audited. My pension fund is paying out and will only be paid out if tax clearance is given. Will the fact that I am being audited influence my tax clearance?

Did you owe SARS money as a result of the audit? Now that you have submitted, your tax clearance should be released.
