I am an employee earning R4100 a month, that is less than R50,000 per annum, do I need to pay tax? If no, what happen to the company that deduct tax to the employees? What must I do to get that money back?

You earn below the tax threshold so you shouldn't be paying tax.
In order to claim the tax back, you need to submit a Tax Return to SARS.

Please Register for TaxTim and let us assist you to complete and submit your tax return.
