URGENT - SARS sent me an email - what to do?

I received a email from SARS eFiling that says "A payment has been made into your account from Sars-Efiling,it will take a period of 5 working days to reflect,during this process your account will be checked and verified" .How do I know it is not a scam, will you please help me to find out if it is true?

This is a scam and not real so you do not need to worry about it.
