Is the % on tax in a divorce case different as from a normal tax... I did phone the tax office SARS, and they told me it is 41% of the ammount

If you receive half the lumpsum portion from a divorce relating to a pension fund then it is taxed at the lumpsum tables not at 41% which is for tax on earnings.
