The issue is that the company I worked for (Production company) never provided me with an IRP5. 6 years later and they still haven't and probably never will. I only had two jobs (TV adverts), and I earned under R15 000 and around R4000 in PAYE. I have the slips of what I earned, but no IRP5 for either job. I know one of the companies was reported to SARS fraud. What steps can I take to rectify this situation? |
