Rectify a 2009 tax return. No IRP5s

I was told that I had a 2009 tax return outstanding. The issue is that the company I worked for (Production company) never provided me with an IRP5. 6 years later and they still haven't and probably never will. I only had two jobs (TV adverts), and I earned under R15 000 and around R4000 in PAYE. I have the slips of what I earned, but no IRP5 for either job. I know one of the companies was reported to SARS fraud. What steps can I take to rectify this situation?

You can take these to SARS as well as an affidavit stating you cannot get any other documents from this company.

If I did the jobs from January to March of 2009, is that tax return due in 2009?

That would be the tax return for 2009 and 2010 as the tax year ends in February.
