my refund is gone to accounts and indicator light shows green but not yet paid out? gone 1 week .

I had submitted my VAT return and I was due a refund , I was told I can monitor my refund via the refund dashboard and my indicator light shows green for the past week now and I have phoned to find out how far it is and they had mention to me that it shows no documents required and and its at Accounts , that I should wait 21 days. what does this mean as I am confused any idea whats going on as I am new to this eFiling system and always call customer care for assistance?

It means your payment is being released and signed off and will take 21 days to be processed and payment made after being authorised.
