I received a sms saying there's -R5000 due from SARS - is this true?

Hello, today I received an sms that tells me that my tax return is due and must select my bank below & process it via eFiling,and I do not have eFiling account,I'm not sure if there sms is true or not.

That is a fake email you can ignore it.
