How does source code 3697 and 3698 work?

I am trying to complete my tax return and IRP5 and I am unsure as to whether the gross income amounts go under 3697 or 3698. My question is, which one do I use?

These amounts should already be prepopulated on the IRP5 received from your employer and already appear on eFiling.
