Employer doesn't deduct PAYE?

The company I started working for doesn't deduct PAYE, it states on my contract that I will be responsible for paying taxes myself.

Your employer has to deduct PAYE if you are a full time employee. You cannot sign a contract which puts the tax responsibility on you for monthly taxes paid.
