Can I deduct postage costs from my expenses?

I run an online business, where customers purchase goods from me and we post or courier orders throughout SA. Our costs are about R20 000 per annum -can this be listed as a business expense?

Any expense incurred in earning income can be deducted against the income for tax purposes.
