I receive a reimbursement from my company for the usage of my own car for company purpose, the reimbursement is 3.24per km. Should I disclose this in my ITR12? and should I pay any tax on this reimbursement?

Hi Tim,I have file my tax return for the 2011 and claim for donation on the code 4011 for the amount of R13500.00 to church of my choice for the faith of goodwill. I earn a monthly commission, my "employer" requests me to invoice them for the commission and I then get paid the full commission earned. From the Commission I earn I have to pay 2 labourers to help deliver the stock I sell as well as supply the vehicles and fuel. Submitted manually on the 21 July, they requested supporting documents which I submitted on the 22 July, received a message from SARS that amount to be refunded is -R4529.17, which I haven't received to date.
