I religiously file my tax returns every year and made a horrid mistake this year. I was due a refund from my 2015 tax return (did the return on 01/07/2015) and haven't received it as yet. After calling their call centre, I was told to complete my 2011 tax return. I did this and checked my 2010 and 2009 to ensure all information was correct, accurate and submitted. (I was thinking, chances are, they would tell me to submit 2010 and 2009 to process my refund after submitting 2011. )...

I can't get an IRP5 from my previous employers in 2012 where I was hired by a outsourcing agency to work for another company they had a contract with, they are giving me the run around as to go to the outsourcing agent or to the company I worked for, no one seems to have my IRP5.
But if I was able to file last year and get my tax returns without SARS requesting this information why do they want it now when they have to give me my tax returns for this year and what must I do to g...

I have submitted 3 tax returns this tax season for assessment (2010, 2011 and 2015). SARS had selected me for verification for the 2010 and 2011 assessment years and I have consequently submitted the required documents for review via SARS eFiling.
SARS has issued correspondence for the 2010 assessment year saying "We refer to the verification of your assessment for the 2010 tax period. Please note that no adjustment has been made to this assessment". They also issued an additional assessment (ITA34) for the 2011 assessment year and the initial amount due to me has not changed. ...
