Money not deposited

I make my returns 2wks back and now if I check my efiling account there is -R20 323 reflecting on my statement account the problem I dont know what makes my money not deposited, and in status it says (waiting for supporting documents )what does that mean

Hi, I'm working on my husbands tax return for the first time (used to have tax practitioner). I've done 1st and 2nd provisional for 2015 year and I'm about to do a top payment and then I'll wait until Jan to do final ITR12. If I sign up for the R349 package are you able to pick up from where I left off? Just need help with some final details and good to have access to an expert to answer questions I may have as things come up.

Is it possible to claim a refund since I was paying tax from 2008 until 2011?

I was paying tax for from 2008 until 2011 and I didnt take my refund so I want to ask if possible to claim my refund?

I submitted my tax return on 26 July 2015. The last status date is 19 August and the status is assessed. I am due a refund but I am not sure what the delay is? It does not appear as though I have been chosen for an audit. Please help!! I have had no luck getting through to SARS. Thank you

I have submitted my tax return, but they need me IRP5 for 2011 and 2012. My employer for 2012 is deceased and the company has shut down. We have never received our IRP5 from them

so now I cannot get my refund. What can I do?

Dear sir/madam. During March-June 2013 I was employed on a fixed term contact while I was studying. I had no other employment for that year. My cost to company was R12000, without any benefits. I did pay PAYE for that period. Can I still submit a tax return for that tax period in the present day? Will there be any fees or fines for this?

Does my Statement of Account indicate that I am being audited?

I started with a new employer on 1 March 2014 and a full company vehicle is included in my package. Previously I neither had a company car, nor did I receive a travel allowance. My refund this year, as per my ITA34, is much more than in previous years. It seems that the company I work for also deducted almost R1000 per month too much fringe benefit tax from my salary if one compares the SARS calculation to the actual tax paid. hi tim i did get a sms what say:tax ref no...... date of assessment 2015/09/18 type of assessment:original then a amount due to me and selected for audit(n)

If I am currently paying a finance lease for a vehicle and then subsequently decide to request a settlement figure from the bank and pay the remainder of the finance debt off to the bank can I claim the lump sum settlement as a deduction for tax purposes?

When I complete my tax return can I complete the Travel claim against allowance and the depreciation (4027) section. The form allows me to complete both sections but when my claim was submitted and once audited the removed the depreciation amount(4027). How do I calculate the best method to claim if I am only allowed to complete one section.

SARS wont refund my medical?

I have taken out medical aid for my wife and kids, wife being the principal member. All premiums were debit from my bank account as my wife is unemployed. SARS wont refund me because the medical aid certificate is in my wife's name. Never had this problem with previous tax returns, audited this year. What can I do, SARS told me to submit 12months of banking statements for prove (march2014-feb2015) at my nearest branch???

Medical aid credits, does it get deducted monthly from your payslip? Is there any tax benefit to the company by offering a medical aid and contributing towards the premium? Should the company's contribution be added onto your salary as a taxable fringe benefit?

I've been on the phone with SARS every week since I have submitted my 2015 tax return via SARS eFiling on the 31st July, that same day I was asked to submit supporting documents. All of my documents were submitted and on the 24th August I received a letter of completion and that SARS was happy. What if you were at the dentist and you send you're medical the code of the dentist and they say they will pay the cost and after a few weeks you have to pay additional money that you have to pay it out of your own pocket

If I use your (SARS) tax calculator must I still deduct the medical rebate of R257. 00 per month from the PAYE amount or has a medical rebate already been taken into account when the calculation was done. There is no question about medical contributions in your calculation?

When calculating the Rand value of foreign dividends to be included into taxable income under s1, what exchange rate must be used if the dividends accrued over a period of a year? If I received 83.69 pounds over the year of assessment, is the amount converted to Rands at the average exchange rate over the year or at the exchange rate present on the 28th of February? The Act doesn't provide any clarity on this.

I started work in January 2015 and my tax was based on an annual salary however as of February 2015 technically I had only earned 2 months salary and not the full years salary. Would I be correct in saying that I should be refunded the tax I paid in January and February?
