Verification and supporting documents twice

I have submitted my tax return whereafter they asked for supporting documents, which I uploaded via efiling. Then Sars issued me with a letter saying the original assessment is correct and no changes has occurred. Two days later I get a letter again from SARS asking again for the same Supporting documents. This letter looks exactly the same as the first. I submitted the supporting documents again. Why would sars want to verify my detail twice ? I dont understand , why would they ask another time...

I am paying for a medical aid that I am not on, it is for my wife and 3 kids the medical aid is on her name but the payments are deducted from my bank account. Can I claim for this on my tax return? if the answer is yes what proof do I give sars because the medical aid certificate is on her name

I filed my tax for 2012 in 2014, will I still get the refund due to me?

I submitted my SARS for 2014 and I did get back a refund, I haven't filed for 2012 at the same time and I have a refund due to me, does it fall away because I haven't submitted the same year, or will I still get it?

I filed my return and was selected for audit/verification due to the fact that my employer hadn't yet submitted our IRP5's to SARS. I sent through all my supporting documents and waiting for response. I then received a completion letter 15 days later, along with my SOA indicating my refund amount. I earn a monthly commission, my "employer" requests me to invoice them for the commission and I then get paid the full commission earned. From the Commission I earn I have to pay 2 labourers to help deliver the stock I sell as well as supply the vehicles and fuel. Submitted manually on the 21 July, they requested supporting documents which I submitted on the 22 July, received a message from SARS that amount to be refunded is -R4529.17, which I haven't received to date. How long does it take for the refund to be paid out after submitting all documents needed?
