How else can I get to the bottom of why my refund hasnt been paid to me

What else can I do about my refund that has not been paid to me even after an escalation has been done? I was on audit as usual but summited everything as normal. I recieved no feed back as I let SARS have their 21 days which then turnes out to be 30 days waitn. I have now escalated it but still no info with regards to my refund been held back.

I earned part time income from 3 different people/companies over 2 years and didn't receive the IRP5 from them. I did not have a full time job at the time. What do I say or tick on the form?

I don't have a question, I have a compliment. I was very stressed about having to submit a provisional tax return for the first time after having been a PAYE individual all my life. It cost be a whopping R49 and 10 minutes of my time to realise it's all good. TaxTim, you are an absolute life saver and I will use your services every single time from now on. I have two IRP5s for two companies for the Tax year 2014, due to the fact that the original company changed "ownership" (it was just a legal change). Do I simply add the amount from both IRP5s when filing my tax return/

I have an IRP5 for my full time job but I did a few hours of consulting (around 30 hours in total) at weekends which I personally invoiced for. How do I reflect this on my tax return? I have paid no tax on the additional hours so far.

My employer only pays my salary on a gross basis, and does not deduct tax off my salary every month. He also hasn't given me an IRP5. How would I submit a tax return for this year? Should I approach SARS?

Do you get taxed twice when withdrawing early before age 65 from a pension fund? So the first tax is when the tax directive is issued by SARS, and then the second when you complete your tax return and declare the lump sum payout as an income. Does this pension lump sum income get added to your normal income to increase your total income when determining tax liability?

Can SARS go back on their policy even though dyslexia is clearly on their list of disabilities?

In my 2014 tax return I submitted all sorts of forms proving that my daughter is dyslexic and has to attend an expensive school which accommodates her learning disability. They accepted the paperwork and paid me back some of the school fees. This year (2015) they have rejected the same claim and the reason they give is that she does not attend a public school but a private one.

My tax have been submitted 13/8/2015 and they asked to supply a logbook which I did. My tax for 2014 was not done and have submitted those aswell. My 2015 tax was not being audited but my 2014 is under audit. When I log onto SARS eFiling it says my penalties are R500. I have called them now and they said ny penalties are R1500. Taxes for a dormant company

Sometime last year I registered a company, but it has basically been dormant and I only pay the -R60 into my FNB business account every month to cover the fees (and keep my balance in the black). Instead I have just been doing business in my personal capacity and paying personal income tax (and provisional tax of course). I am unsure about about the rules governing companies, do I still need to submit any forms to SARS (or anybody else for that matter)?

I pay for my own medical aid for myself and 3 dependants. I also pay for my pensioner mum and disabled brothers medical aid. I put them onto a separate medical aid as it will cost me too much if I had to add them as dependents on mine. I got my mum as the principal member and my brother as the dependant on that medical aid. Can I claim for this under medical aid / medical expenses? For an unemployed person that has a savings account and receives interest on credit balance and has an investment property that is being let and no other income, is it compulsory to submit a tax return. If so what deduction can be included in the tax return.
