Completion letter received but still being audited.

I was selected for audit this year and asked to submit supporting documents. I sent all documents through on the 2nd of July via eFiling. In the 3rd of July I received a letter of completion stating that the verification had been completed and no changes will be made to my return. if I was been taxed from April 2011 To april 2013 can I get that money back. Because addressed this point to our manger and asked why is a stipand getting taxed its not a salary So from this year our payslips are just showing the amount we getting as caregivers

I received a verification letter from SARS and I called the call centre. They said my audit has been completed and I was told that my refund will take 21 working days and it might be selected for another audit. How true is this statement? Please assist Tim, 21 more days is a long way to go.

I submitted my return on the 05/07/2014. I was selected for verification, and I uploaded my IRP5 and medical certificate on eFiling. I also went into the branch to validate my banking details and proof of address. I received a letter of completion on the 22/07/2014, and then a letter for change of banking details on the 23/04/2014. Can I claim back petrol, whist been paid a monthly travel allowance?

I receive a Travel allowance of R2000.00pm. on top of my salary.
My question is can I still claim for petrol back on my travels?
My reason is that my understanding of a travel allowance is as follows

We received a letter from SARS to say we need to hand in supporting documents we did this the next day and I received a letter from SARS a week later that says verification of assessment and they said no adjustments have been made does this mean that everything is OK and that we will get the money paid out to us?

I am permanently employed at a company and receive a monthly salary, which I would like to use to fund my own business which is a registered pty ltd.

At present all my business expenses are coming off my personal account, but I would like to pay them from my business account, which means having to transfer of my salary into my business account.

I moved to Australia from South Africa in June 2014. I closed my bank accounts as I won't be returning to South Africa. I was studying full time during the 2014 financial year so my tax return is NIL.

My question is how do I fill in the bank account declaration section (on eFiling) since I no longer have a South African bank account? Do I update my details to "I don't have a local bank account" or do I keep my previous banking details on the form as I closed my bank account after the 2014 year end?...

i use my private car daily for business - driving to and from client meetings. I do not receive a formal travel allowance or claim for petrol. Is there a way for me to claim depreciation or a tax benefit when I submit my tax return? if so where on the return do I do this

While residing in New Zealand, my wife and I (both South Africans), took out a life insurance policy each with AIA New Zealand. We have returned to SA and pay the policy premiums annually Paid through my bank, Nedbank, Foreign Exchange. This years premiums totalled r22 000. Premiums increase annually due to the exchange rate. I would like to know whether I can claim a rebate from ZARS when I submit my tax return to ZARS.?

I was told that I have a refund from SARS but I was suppose to go and verify my bank details, so I went and changed my bank details because the previous account was inactive. I did that on Saturday, and if I check the status on eFiling it says bank details status processing. How long does the processing take and when can I get my refund because I was told that it only takes 48 hours?

Submission of two IRP5's?

I work for the department of education and get my salary from them but my school gives me a small bonus at the end of the year. I've already received my IRP5 from the school for the small bonus but not from the department. Could I submit a return for the bonus and then when I receive my IRP5 from the department submit again or should I wait and submit both at the same time?

I received my Polmed Tax Certificate for 2014 where it reflects R13 000 due to me as I paid as medical aid don't cover this cost. Can I submit the Polmed Tax cerificate without sending any proof of receipts for my claim. I do have receipts at my deposal if required by Sars

I am a police officer earning app R19000 pm, I am on polmed medical aid and I paid R13000,00 out off my pocket when I went for an operation as this was above medical aid rates.
