Tax returns for the last 4 years - need to submit to SARS

I have been living in Australia for the last 4 years and need to do my tax returns for that time. I didn't realise I needed to do them unfortunately. I have not been earning a salary in South Africa since I left in December 2010. Can you help me with this?

Re submission of audited tax return?

I need to get a tax directive. I have taken all relevant docs to SARS, but now they need me to resubmit my 2015 return. I don't know how because if I say request correction it says the return has already been audited.

My company taxes my Total Cost to Company which includes my pension fund contributions paid over. Example: CTC: R15 000 Pension: 750 Medical Aid: 1348 UIF: 147. 80 Tax: 1592. 25 Less Tax Credit: 257 Net Salary: 10 904. 95 The full R15 000 is taxed, they list all of the above as company contributions. Is this correct?

Can my former boss legally avoid supplying my IRP5 in time?

I've resigned from my Company and I'm concerned that my former boss may try to drag his feet with supplying my IRP5. Is there a set time period he is allowed in order to provide said documentation and is he required by law to supply my IRP5?

I am a permanent resident in South Africa, (not employed) Married to a South African. Due to financial constraints I am obligated to transfer some of my foreign savings from my account overseas into my South African Bank account, to pay bills in South Africa (Electricity, home loan etc. ).
