In January 2013 I received my share of my ex husbands pension fund a lump sum where the tax was deducted. I received my IRP5 now. What must I do? what forms must I fill in and how would I know if I am going to maybe receive something back from SARS?

I've just started at a company doing part time work (22nd May). I get paid on an hourly basis, and the amount hours I work is up to me (very flexible - I am a student). I work about 120 hours a month which returns over R10 000 per month. Since it wont be a fixed amount every month (could be less, could be up to R16K), am I provisional tax payer? The first IRP6 is at the end of August, how would I go about handling this?

Would I be expected to pay 25% of all the income from June 2013- February 2014, on payment #2 IRP6 (February 2014)?...

I have already eFiled a dispute in the form of an objection to an assessment. But the ITSA contains duplicates - 1 original assessment and 2 additional assessments so that I have three amounts raised for one year. There does not seem to be facility for requesting corrections on eFiling? Thanks for the help.

My current salary package is Cost to Company. Does this mean I pay the medical aid or does the company pay it. The other issues is that I get a fuel allowance, but its not put into my salary. I have a fuel card.

I am a salaried employee (R8000 per month) and I earn a commission as well. (Amount varies every month). I also earn a consultant fee (R2000 per month and this will increase to R7000 per month at the end of June). My payslip does not reflect the commissions earned. The consultant fee is received from a completely different entity. How must I go about paying tax on all these amounts and how much will I end up paying? (I am currently taxed on the R8000 per month only).

I am owing SARS, but they owe me a refund, now what?

I am owing SARS an amount of R 1000.00 and there is a refund due to me in an amount of R 8000.00 , I have made arrangements as to how to pay the money owed to SARS. My question is can't SARS actually minus the money I owe them from my refund although an arrangement has been made? I was actually told that I would not receive what is due to me if I don't pay the outstanding money.

Lastly how long does it take for SARS to pay your refund if you have submitted via e filling .

Hi for the first time I am confused, I own my own car and last financial year I did about 18200 business km and 8100 private km my company refunds business travel at 2 rand a km I keep a log book but not receipts for fuel and repairs is there anything I can claim for?
