SARS App issues!

I recently did my return for 2012 on SARS App via my ipad on the 3rd of June 2014. The return went through correctly and SARS owes me R6576. They (SARS) sent me a letter back but I cannot read or action it because Apple does not have a flash player. What do I do? I cannot read the contents of the letter.

Hi! I been receving a sms on my phone that ( it say Dear Taxpayer,your account for Income Tax Number ******3150 is R7101 in arrears.Make payment urgently to avoid legal action.but I do not have an income, I do not have a job!

What do I do if I don't have a tax reference number but have been working for a few years?
The company I was first employed to took my documents to register at SARS, however I left a little while after that. Now at my new employer, 2 years later, I notice that my tax number is missing from my IRP5.
It seems I have not been registered. I have not filed taxes since then however I am on PAYE and tax is deducted monthly.
Am I in big trouble?

I started working at a company as a temporary part-time employee last year July and I received my first salary in December 2013 which included all the money from the month I started working there. The salary was R32 800 and tax deducted from that money and I only received R24 000. From what I have heard is that the company deducts 25% from my income since I am a part time employee.
