1. Please login to your SARS efiling profile
2. Provide the One-Time Pin.
3. Select the "My profile" button on the left-hand side.
4. Select the Profile and Preference Setup on the drop-down.
5. Scroll down and deactivate the One time pin Authentication.
To allow access to your eFiling profile or if you no longer have access to the contact numbers listed on your eFiling security details, you can deactivate the OTP setting on your eFiling profile and activate the eFiling Mobile App Authentication.
It is however important to note that you would need to download the eFiling Mobile App to your cellphone first and log into your eFiling profile on there.
Once done, select the eFiling Mobile App Authentication and click on Enroll Device.
A QR code should show, please open your eFiling Mobile App and select the 3 dots on the top right hand side then select Enrol device from the menu and scan the QR code SARS gave you on your eFiling profile.
Once the verfication is complete you can click on the Finish button.
Back to your eFiling profile, click on OK and the eFiling Mobile App authentication should then work.
6. If you are trying to link your individual profile to our eFiling, please try to connect to us again with your SARS login details. If the connection fails again, please contact our Helpdesk for further assistance.

* We've been notified by SARS of many eFiling profiles being hacked, to cover yourself and prevent anyone else from gaining access to your eFiling profile, please reactivate the "Two-Factor Authentication" once we confirm that we are connected to your eFiling profile.
