Will I get money back from SARS by joining a medical aid even a cheap one?

I am not on a medical aid, if I go on a cheap one will I get money back from SARS?

Yes, you will be entitled to a monthly credit against taxes payable for your contribution to a medical aid. For the 2014 tax year this is R242 per month.
