Why they want verification of my bank details because I did give them

Hi TaxTim, I submitted my IRP5 then thy told me that I must be refunded my overtax back. I submitted all my documents but at night I received a message that says I must verify my bank details.

You need to go into SARS and verify your details. Read our blog on How to change your verify banking details at SARS.
