You can deregister by logging in, and clicking your name up at the top right-hand side of the screen. This will open your profile settings and you can choose not to hear from TaxTim ever again.
Unfortunately eFiling does not help you understand what you are doing on your tax return, they only make the form available to you online. Thus you are still vulnerable to making errors that can result in heavy fines.
