This is the first time since 2008 that tax told me my 2003 to 2007 is still outstanding. The employer I worked for that time closed down in 2014 and I can't get the IRP5 now, where and how can I get them?

If you cannot get your IRP5 then you need to go to the police station and swear and affidavit stating that you are unable to get your IRP5's and for what reason and then provide those to SARS.
