When will SARS REFUND ME AS IT GAVE ME TWO DATES FOR PAYMENT NAMELY 1ST AND 30TH SEPTEMBER

SARS gave me to refund dates 1 September and 30 September however it did not pay out on the 1st of September?

It is probably best to call the SARS Helpdesk on 0800 007277 to find out when payment will take place and if there are any reasons that would delay payment. For example, payment will be delayed if you have old tax returns outstanding from previous years or if you need to update your bank details with SARS.
