When is eFiling for provisional taxpayers to be done?

Hi Tim,
Even with e-filing, do I still have to submit my provisional tax by 31 Aug. I thought it was 28 Nov for e-filing. Please advise. Many thanks

The deadline for filing your ITR12 for the 2012 tax year on eFiling for non-provisional taxpayers is 23 November 2012. If you are a provisional taxpayer then your return is only due at the end of January 2013.

The provisional return due on the 31st August is for the first period of the 2013 tax year. So the two are entirely separate. So you would still need to submit your IRP6 for the new tax year anyway.
