What do I do with an IT34 letter saying my assessment hasn't changed?

Hi Tim, I submitted my tax and was asked to submit supporting docs, which I did (with your help, thank you!). I got a phone call a couple of days ago with a query, which I answered. Then got an email the next day saying there is a letter requiring my attention. On the site, the IT34 letter just says that my assessment hasn't changed but they reserve their rights etc. I think under Status (on the right) it says something like, "awaiting completion". What I need to know is, what do I do with this letter? Do I have to acknowledge it in some way? They owe me money by the way. Thanks, Carol

The completion letter is just a finalization of your audit and if nothing has changed it would mean that they are going to pay you the amount owed, which should have come into your account by now?
