When we complete our eFiling, must I enter the medical expenses ONLY on my eFiling or must I enter it on BOTH (Myself and wife.)??

You would enter what is on your medical certificate, so if your wife was a dependent on your medical aid and you pay for her then yes you would enter for both of you.
