Waiting for tax refund from SARS?

I am still waiting on my tax refund my statement shows amount refundable after allowable tax credit is -R2113,78 that was the last statement I received on the 5th September 2014

You need to call 0800 00 7277 and find out if there is a block on your refund or perhaps you need to go into a SARS branch and verify your banking details.
