Unemployed with no irp5 how do I claim tax?

I have resigned from my company in December 2013, so I have paid tax on my income for a good couple months. I am still presently unemployed, how do I claim tax reason being no IRP5 etc?

Did you company not give you an IRP5? You need to contact them and make sure they issue you one.

Once you get your IRP5, come back and we can help you complete and submit your return to SARS. You are due a refund due to having not worked a full year.
