I am intending to buy and resell products from a MLM company.The profit is calculated on how much you buy the products for. Is it necessary for me to register for tax if I have a full time job where I pay tax?

You will not need to re-register as a taxpayer, you only receive one number. However you will need to declare the income received and pay tax on it.
