MY FATHER DIED 2001 AND I AM BENEFICIARY AT WORK SO TO CLAIM MY SHARE I HAVE TO SEND THEM THE TAX NUMBER ID COPY AND BANK STATEMENT SO AT THE MOMENT WE HAVE A CASE AT THE COURT FOR HIS ESTATE SO WE ARE GOING COURT AGAIN ON THE 19TH OF JUNE SO WILL YOU HELP ME WITHOUT HAVING A AUTHORITY LETTER TO MAKE TAX NUMBER.

If you have a tax number already then you should be able to retrieve a letter from SARS stating this number - call 0800 00 7277 in order to find out if you are registered and have a tax number.

If you do not have a tax number then follow these easy instructions to register with SARS
