Please could you tell me more about this tax exemption for offshore divers and where can I Find this legislation on SARS website.

The specific legislation is under section 10(1)(o) either subsection I or ii. You can use our guide to exempt foreign earnings by answering the questions on the link provided.

Can I claim a portion of my foreign income as exempt?
